Delete account

Request account and data deletion

In the game, open Settings → Delete account. Verify the same linked Apple or Google account. If both providers are linked, verify each one.

You can also request deletion by email without the app. Include your user ID if known. Writing from the email used to link the account helps us verify ownership. Support processes the request after verifying ownership; a user ID alone does not authorize deletion.
